Megadeth
Megadeth have announced UK and European shows for 2027.
One of thrash metal’s legendary "Big Four," the Grammy-winning band will take their multi-year farewell tour to arenas in Belfast, London, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff, Glasgow, Birmingham and Leeds between March 9 and 19, followed by shows across Europe running from March 21 to April 13. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time this Friday (August 7) - Compare and buy tickets here.
Billed as Breakout: Hibernation Of The Nations, the tour will feature support from fellow metal heavyweights Black Label Society and Testament.
"When we started talking about this tour, we wanted it to be a true celebration of metal," Mustaine explained. "Black Label Society and Testament are bands we have tremendous respect for, and having them join us makes these shows even more special. This lineup represents decades of heavy music, and it's going to be an incredible night for the fans."
The band, who released their self-titled final studio album in January, will continue their worldwide farewell trek with shows supporting Iron Maiden across North America over the next few months, followed by dates with the heavy metal legends in Australia and New Zealand in November.
Don Omar
Don Omar has joined the line-up for The O2's 20th birthday celebrations next summer.
The Puerto Rican reggaeton star will top the bill at the London venue on July 5. He said: “It’s an honour to return to London, especially this time to celebrate with all of you. It’s going to be a very special celebration, and I’m incredibly excited.” Tickets are on sale now - Compare and buy yours here.
Also confirmed for the milestone celebrations are Maisie Peters, who'll headline on May 8, and Shreya Ghoshal, who headlines on June 4. Tickets for those shows are on sale now, too.
Omar released his latest album, 'Forever King', in 2023. He'll continue to support it with the North American leg of The Last King World Tour this autumn, with another lined up next spring and a European leg next summer.
Thomas Rhett
Thomas Rhett will bring The Soundtrack To Life Tour to the UK next year.
The American country artist will take the stage at Manchester's AO Arena, London's O2 Arena and Glasgow's OVO Hydro on April 22, 23 and 25, respectively. He'll be joined by special guest Kameron Marlowe. Tickets go on general sale at 10am tomorrow - Compare and buy yours here.
The shows will see the Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter perform his biggest hits alongside songs from his latest album, 2024's 'About A Woman', which features collaborations with Lanie Gardner, Blake Shelton, Teddy Swims, Tucker Wetmore and Jordan Davis. A deluxe edition of the record arrived last year.
Rhett will continue The Soundtrack To Life Tour across North America next week, with dates running throughout September and October. He'll also play two concerts in December at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.
Van Morrison
Van Morrison has announced 10 additional UK shows for this autumn.
Following huge demand for the Northern Irish blues legend's now sold-out September dates in London, the singer has confirmed a new run of shows that kicks off with two nights in Liverpool on October 8 and 9.
He'll then head to Swansea, Bristol, Plymouth, Torquay, Brighton, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Tickets go on sale at 9am this Friday - Compare and buy yours here.
The announcement follows the 80-year-old's summer run of European tour dates and the release of his 48th studio album, 'Somebody Tried To Sell Me A Bridge', in January. The record features guest appearances from Elvin Bishop, Taj Mahal and Buddy Guy, among others.
