Tinie Tempah has laid out plans for his ambitious fourth studio album.

The South London artist will unveil 'The Night’s Not Dead' across three EPs, titled '9PM', '12AM' and 3AM', over the next 12 weeks, with the full album collecting all three EPs alongside some additional tracks and arriving via Imhotep Records/Believe on October 16.

Each of the three EPs creates a series of connected scenes from a night out, with '9PM' capturing the anticipation of the evening ahead, followed by '12AM', which immerses listeners into the energy of a club, and '3AM', which moves into the more intimate and reflective territory of the afterparty. Tempah explained:

"With times being as they are and division at an all time high, I became more interested in creating an inclusive world that people can relate to and feel part of. ‘The Night's Not Dead’ is my way of telling the story, documenting something that I think we often take for granted: The power and fun of a night out."

"What makes this project meaningful is the moment we're living in," he continued. "We're more connected digitally than ever before, but shared real life experiences feel increasingly rare. The venues that gave so many artists, including me, a place to grow are disappearing and this project is a celebration of those spaces and the people who keep them alive."

Alongside the announcement, Tempah has shared a clubby new song titled Heaven Or Hell, featuring Reggie, which serves as the closing track from '9PM', following previous singles Eat It Up, a collaboration with Skepsis, Living Life with Daecolm and Energy featuring Alex Mills. '9PM' is out now, with further information on '12AM' and '3AM' to be unveiled in due course. 

Tempah will support the album, his first full-length project since 2017's 'Youth', with The Night's Not Dead Tour across Europe and the UK this autumn and winter. Ahead of the tour, he'll headline Newbury Racecourse's Party In The Paddock raceday music series this Friday (August 14). Tickets are on sale now.
