Steve Lacy has laid out plans for his third album.

The follow-up to 2022's 'Gemini Rights' is titled 'Oh yeah?' and will arrive on July 17 via RCA Records. It marks the Grammy-winning California artist's most personal work to date and was shaped by a four-year journey where he felt more at home overseas than at home, before taking back control and leading the production, writing and performance on the record himself.

Alongside the announcement, Lacy has shared the first single, the feeling, a breezy, funk-inspired track that arrives with a video directed by Matt Castellanos. It marks the second preview of the album, following Nice Shoes that dropped last August. 

Lacy currently has just one live date scheduled for the year, a performance at Tokyo's Summer Sonic festival on August 15. Tickets are on sale now.
