Maestro Ilaiyaraaja has announced a London show for the summer.

The Indian film composer, conductor, arranger, lyricist and singer will perform at the OVO Arena Wembley on July 11 as part of his Golden Jubilee Tour. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday (May 1).

Regarded as one of India's greatest music composers, he is best known for integrating Indian folk music and traditional Indian instrumentation with western classical music techniques.
