Garth Brooks has announced Blame It All On My Roots: The Arena Tour. 

The Country Music Hall of Fame inductee took to social media to tease the outing with a video and reveal the first dates, two concerts at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on August 21 and 22. The other cities that will be visited on the tour have yet to be announced.

The performances will see the two-time Grammy-winner bring back his iconic Drum Pod stage setup that was first seen in 1996, when Brooks changed the live show experience with both end-stage and in-the-round seating available. The shows will also be recorded for a forthcoming live project titled 'Killer Live'. He said in a statement:

"Going back into the arenas is about putting the stadium show in a box. Every seat is a great seat. This is personal."

Tickets for the back-to-back shows go on general sale at 10am local time on July 17.

The announcement follows Brooks' first ever performances at Milwaukee's Summerfest and his headline show at the BST Hyde Park concert series in London last month. He released his latest studio album, 'Time Traveller', in 2023.
