Zayn Malik is a singer-songwriter from Bradford.

Starting his music career in 2010, he auditioned for The X Factor as a solo artist, but subsequently joined One Direction and competed as part of the group.

They placed third in the competition, going on to become one of the biggest pop groups in the world, with Zayn releasing four albums with the band before leaving to pursue a solo career in 2015.

He has released four solo studio albums, most recently 2024's 'Room Under The Stairs', and has collaborated with artists like Taylor Swift, Kehlani, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, and Becky G. He's due to put out his fifth LP, 'Konnakol', in April 2026.
