The Hu

The HU are a metal band from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Formed in 2016, they employ traditional Mongolian instrumentation, including the Morin khuur and Mongolian throat singing, with lyrics that include old Mongolian war cries. They released their debut album 'The Gereg' in 2019, followed by 'Rumble Of Thunder' in 2022. Their third album, 'HUN', is set for release in July 2026.

The HU will take their Warrior Chant Tour across the UK, Ireland and Europe in autumn 2026, following a spring co-headline North American tour with Apocalyptica, a US tour supporting Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson, and a show supporting Iron Maiden at Knebworth Park in the UK for the huge EddFest event in the summer.
