Johnny Marr is a musician and songwriter from Ardwick, Manchester.

Though he's perhaps most famous for his time as the co-songwriter of The Smiths, Marr has also worked with Electronic, The The, Modest Mouse and The Cribs. An indie and pop legend, he is highly regarded as one of Britain's best guitarists and one of the most influential figures of the Britpop scene.

His debut solo record, 'Boomslang', dropped in 2003, followed by a further four studio albums, with the most recent being 'Fever Dreams Pt 1-4' in 2022.

Johnny Marr will headline Sounds Of The City Manchester and Dublin's Live At The Iveagh Gardens in July 2026, which he'll warm up for with intimate shows in Leeds and Liverpool that same month. Following that, he'll play his biggest solo headline show to date at the OVO Arena Wembley in October.
