Gabriella Cilmi is an Australian pop singer-songwriter hailing from Melbourne, Victoria, best known for her hit single Sweet About Me. Born in just 1991, she's been in the game for a long time despite her young age, and has long boasted a major deal - she was signed at just 13 after finding the attention of Warner Music executive Michael Parisi whilst singing at the Lygon Street Festa, and was offered for contracts, going on to sign with Island Records.

She's gone on to become an Australian superstar, and is the proud owner of not one, not two, but SIX ARIA Music Awards. But she's not just a big star Down Under, and has hit Top 10 here in the UK as well as charting well in the US, having released three studio albums. Her latest, 'The Sting', hit shelves in 2013.
