Basement

Basement are a melodic hardcore and emo band from Ipswich.

Formed in 2009, they amassed a cult following with their record 'I Wish I Could Stay Here' in 2011, followed by 'Colourmeinkindness' the following year, shortly after which they disbanded.

However, the band only gained popularity during their absence, returning in 2014 and dropping 'Promise Everything' in 2016. Their latest LP, 'WIRED', was released in May 2026.
