Anna Lapwood is an organist, choir director and broadcaster from High Wycombe, England.

She studied piano, violin, viola, harp, composition and multiple other instruments at the Junior Royal Academy of Music, before attending Magdalen College, Oxford, where she became the first woman in its 560-year history to be awarded an organ scholarship.

In 2016 she was appointed Director of Music at Pembroke College in Cambridge, which she held until 2025, when she announced she would step down to focus on her solo concert and recording career.

In 2024, she received an MBE for services to music, and in May 2025, was named as the first ever official Organist of the Royal Albert Hall.

She has released eight albums to date, including solo organ works and choir collaborations, with her most recent being the 2025 album 'Firedov'.
