Anna Calvi is an English indie and alternative singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Twickenham. Interested in music from a young age, she later went on to form a band - an outfit named after herself and featuring Mally Harpaz and Daniel Maiden-Wood - that would go on to find a huge amount of critical acclaim.

Following a nomination for the BBC Sound of 2011 poll, her eponymous debut album came out in 2011, and hit #40 in the UK Albums chart. Though it wasn't a Top 10 finisher, it received a lot of positive reviews and even earned her a Mercury Prize nomination and the next year, a BRIT nomination for British Breakthrough Act. Her second LP 'One Breath' came out in October 2013, and she followed this up with 2014's 'Strange Weather', a collaborative EP with David Byrne.

Anna Calvi's latest album, 'Hunter', arrive in August 2018 through Domino, and came along with UK, Ireland, Australia and European shows as well as headlining Deer Shed Festival.
