Ricky Martin—real name Enrique Morales—is a pop singer and actor from San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Beginning his career at just 12 years old with the boy band Menudo, he later established himself as a solo artist, shooting to international fame after performing the official World Cup song in 1998, La Copa De La Vida, making it one of the most successful World Cup songs of all time.

Widely credited as being a driving force behind the global explosion of Latin pop in the late 1990s with his massive English-language crossover single Livin' La Vida Loca, beyond his extensive musical achievements, he has maintained a successful acting career, appearing on Broadway and earning critical acclaim for his television roles including, notably, his Emmy-nominated performance on The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story.

He has released eleven studio albums to date, the latest being 'A Quien Quiera Escuchar' in 2015, and has collaborated with a diverse roster of global stars including Madonna, Christina Aguilera, Daddy Yankee, Pitbull and Maluma.
