Powerflo are a heavy metal band from LA who merge hip-hop, heavy metal, punk, and rock into a potent sonic strain. Comprised of Sendog of Cypress Hil, Billy Graziadei of Biohazard, Roy Lozano of Downset, Christian Oldewolbers of x-Fear Factory and Fernando Schaefer of Worst, the band formed in 2016, although the seeds were sewn during the 1990s when the members would collaborate together.

The band's first single, Resistance, dropped in May 2017, building anticipation for their debut full-length album, a self-titled number, which dropped later that year.
