One of the most hyped-up and talked-about fights of the past decade has finally been confirmed for August 2017.

Two of the biggest - and mouthiest - fighters in the sporting world, UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor and undefeated, five-division champion boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. will finally go head to head in Las Vegas, after months and months of rumours and talks between the two sides.

Irish MMA star McGregor is certainly one of modern day's best cage fighters, but he steps into a different ring this summer to take on Mayweather, who some consider to be the greatest pound-for-pound boxer of the past 25 years, at his own game.
