Lower Than Atlantis are an English rock band from Watford, Hertfordshire, consisting of Mike Duce, Ben Sansom, Eddy Thrower, and Dec Hart.

Forming in 2007, the band released their debut EP, 'Bretton', in 2008, followed by their debut album, 'Far-Q', in 2010. Then the following year they made massive waves with their sophomore effort, 'World Record', which went on to earn much critical acclaim - finishing the year as Metal Hammer's #1 Staff Favourite Record. 2012 saw them put out their third record, 'Changing Tune' and they returned with a self-titled fourth in October 2014. The band released the single, Work For It, in August 2016, and their most recent record, 'Safe In Sound', in 2017.

Lower Than Atlantis have headlined their own shows and tours across the UK and have supported the likes of A Day to Remember and All Time Low, as well as playing festivals such as Hit the Deck, Camden Crawl, Slam Dunk, Download, Y Not, Hevy and Reading and Leeds.
