Live Dead '69 is an experimental band, employing the style of extemporisation & improvisation made famous by Grateful Dead in the late 1960s.

Comprised of the original Grateful Dead pianist Tom Constanten, Bob Weir's Rat Dog and The Other Ones lead guitarist Mark Karan, Slick Aguilar of the Dave Crosby Band, acclaimed drummed Richard Newman and long time member of Jefferson Starship Tony Morely, the all-star legacy ensemble have assumed a certain mythology among UK fans of the Grateful Dead - having sold out various shows and their live performances circulating on the web.
