Kate Jackson is a British singer and songwriter, from Bury St Edmunds, Surrey.

Starting her music career in 2003, as a member of The Long Blondes, the band released two albums: 'Someone to Drive You Home', in 2006, and 'Couples', in 2008, before they split that year. The Wrong Moves were formed in 2014 after Jackson's return from a four year hiatus in Rome where she lived and worked as a painter. The band consists of drummer Shannon Hope, guitarist Seymour Quigley, bassist Reuben Kemp and keyboard/synth player Jasper Kemp. Her debut solo album, 'British Road Movies', was released on May 20, 2016 via Hoo Ha Records and was co-written by Bernard Butler.
