Joe Wicks is a fitness coach, TV presenter, social media personality and author from Surrey.

He began posting his High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts and quick, healthy recipe videos online, racking up an enormous following and eventually becoming one of the most followed fitness accounts on Instagram, with his cookbooks consistently hitting the bestseller list.

It was during the COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020, however, that he really became a household name, when he began the PE With Joe series on YouTube to help children stay active. His efforts earned him an MBE, a Guinness World Record title for Most Viewers For A Fitness Workout Live Stream On YouTube", and his own Channel 4 television show, The Body Coach.
