Gloria Estefan is an American-Cuban singer-songwriter hailing from Miami, Florida. Considered to be one of the most successful Latin-crossover performers ever, she's managed to sell over 100million records worldwide, with a third of those in the US - making her one of the best-selling musicians of all-time (she's in the Top 100!). Her unique blend of dance music and Latin-pop has seen her pick up an incredible 38 #1 singles and multiple awards - including seven Grammys.

Her debut album 'Cuts Both Ways' came out in 1989, and hit #1 in the UK (US #6) - this was followed-up by a number of high-charting, platinum-selling records throughout the 90s. The 00's proved to be a less prolific - but still successful - period for Estefan, though she shows no signs of stopping. 2013 sees her releasing her latest album 'The Standards' - catch her performing in London this October!
