Generation X were an English punk-rock band from London that formed in the late 1970s and over the years featured the members Billy Idol, Tony James, John Towe
Derwood Andrews, Mark Laff, Terry Chimes and James Stevenson.
They released their self-titled debut album in 1978, followed by 'Valley Of The Dolls' the next year, 1981's 'Kiss Me Deadly', and 1998's 'K.M.D. - Sweet Revenge', which was actually recorded back in 1979.
