Dua Lipa is a singer-songwriter and actress from London.

Starting her music career in 2012, she began making a name for herself by uploading covers to YouTube, releasing her first demo on SoundCloud the same year.

She soon caught the attention of Warner Bros Records after appearing on an advertisement for the 2013 series of The X Factor, going on to release her self-titled debut album in 2017. The record catapulted her to stardom, with hit singles such as Blow Your Mind (Mwah) and New Rules establishing her as a force to be reckoned with in the world of pop. Her second LP, 2020's 'Future Nostalgia', proved an even bigger success, spawning massive global hits such as Don't Start Now, Hallucinate, Love Again, Physical, Break My Heart and Levitating.

Her remarkable career has earned her some of the biggest honours in music, including three Grammys and seven BRIT Awards. In 2021, she broke the Guinness World Record for the most monthly listeners on Spotify for a female and the most tickets sold for a livestreamed concert by a solo female artist.

Having also dipped her toes into the world of acting, she landed a role in the 2024 film Argylle, as well as playing Mermaid Barbie in the Barbie movie in 2023, where she also provided the chart-topping track Dance The Night to the film's soundtrack.

She's dropped her third and most recent LP, 'Radical Optimism', in 2024.

Dua Lipa has announced The Radical Optimism Tour, which hits stadiums in the UK and Ireland in June 2025. The tour kicks off with a run of dates across Australia and New Zealand in March/April of that year, before heading to Europe in the spring and North America in the fall. She will also belatedly celebrate the release of her new album with a very special show at the Royal Albert Hall on October 17, 2024.
