DMC World DJ Championships Tickets, Tour Dates and Events

The DMC World DJ Championship is the longest running DJ competition in the world.

With years of practice, months of national competitions and hours of back-to-back battles, DJs from around the globe will take part in this international status historical event to win the coveted title - a huge accolade in the DJ world.

2017 broke a world record as DJ Rena from Japan became the youngest ever winner at just 12 years old – a record previously held by A-Trak who has gone on to be a legendary DJ in his own right. The night also saw the pioneering hip hop crew London Posse treat the crowd to a special 30th anniversary performance, preceded by an emotional turntablist tribute to the late DJ Daredevil.

Year on year, DMC prove that the finals are not one to be missed and with a number of legends passing through over the years including James Brown, Public Enemy and Run DMC.

The DMC finals aren't just about the professionals: Mr Switch & Fong Fong return once again with their fan-favourite workshop – allowing aspiring turntablists to try their hands at DJing and learn from the elite players in the game.

Having previously been held at Wembley Arena, the Royal Albert Hall, KOKO and Brixton Academy, the DMC World Championship 2019 promises to continue to unite turntablists, selectors and beat junkies of the world in one place for a thrilling night of outstanding artistic talent at the Islington Assembly Hall.
