Die Antwoord Tickets, Tour Dates and Events

Die Antwoord are a South African group that formed in 2007. Their style is a unique mix of a hip-hop and rap with rave and dance music, and has earned them a global following. They claim their style is derived from the 'Zef' counter-culture movement, which bandmember Yo-Landi Vi$$er describes as "you're poor but you're fancy. You're poor but you're sexy, you've got style."

The group, consisting of 'Ninja', DJ Hi-Tek, and Yo-Landi, who are joined by DJ Vuilgeboost when performing live, released their debut album '$0$' in 2009, and earned themselves a record deal with Interscope.

Despite getting into a dispute with the label (who they claim told them to be 'more generic') and leaving, they released their second album 'Ten$ion' in 2012. Their next effort, 'Donker Mag', would hit shelves in summer 2014.

Now working on new music once again, Die Antwoord would return with a new mixtape, 'Suck on This', in May 2016, paving the way for their next record, 'Mount Ninji and da Nice Time Kid', and touring worldwide.

Die Antwoord return with another album in 2017, purported to be their last. 'The Book of Zef', preceded by single Love Drug, was supported with a tour North America.
