David Dein MBE is a businessman and former football chairman from London.

He began his major role in football as the vice-chairman of Arsenal between 1983 and 2007, before becoming the Ambassador for the Premier League and International Ambassador for the Football Association.

Also the founder of The Twinning Project at Wembley Stadium—a partnership between football clubs and prisons to help deliver coaching, refereeing courses and other sporting qualifications to provide routes to paid employment for prisoners—he is also known for his motivational speeches given at prisons and schools.

David Dein will promote his new autobiography, Calling The Shots: How To Win In Football And In Life, with a special show at London's Cambridge Theatre in September 2022. He will engage in conversation with a number of other football legends including Arsène Wenger, Sven-Göran Eriksson, Ian Wright and many more.
