Avicii, real name Tim Bergling, is a Swedish house and EDM producer and DJ from Stockholm.

Starting his music career in 2007, he signed with Night Management in 2008 at age 18, and put out his debut EP, 'Sound of Now'. As the tunes flew out the DJ bookings came flying in and Avicii was soon performing to big crowds over Europe. In 2012, he was ranked #3 in DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs poll. His tracks quickly garnered attention from megastars like Tiesto and Pete Tong, and as more and more superstar DJs played his hits, more and more people start listening and he was soon a contender in the charts too. Hiitting #1 in Sweden and #4 in the UK with his 2011 track Levels. He released his debut album, 'True', in 2013, which reached #2 in the UK Albums Chart, which he followed with 'Stories' in 2015.

He undertook his debut concert tour in 2014 in support of his debut album, which took him to Australia, Europe and North America, which he repeated in 2015 with his Stories World Tour, which also took him to Asia and Africa. In 2015 he played Dublin's Marlay Park in July, as well as appearing at Creamfields, T in the Park, and Wireless festivals.
