Ara Malikian is a Spanish violinist of Lebanese origins and Armenian descent. He had studied the violin since he was 15 years old, being the youngest student at Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover in Berlin. He then began to study in London, building a wide-ranging repertoire of orchestra, sonatas, and chamber music, as well as that of modern composers.

He has been recognised in countless International competitions and has played in over forty countries.

His first album, 'Le Quattro Stagioni' was released in 1995, and has continued to record and put out albums almost every year since, up until his most recent, 2016's 'The Incredible Story of Violin'.
