Against Me! is an American punk rock band from Gainesville, Florida, consisting of frontwoman Laura Jane Grace, guitarist James Bowman, bassist Atom Willard and drummer Inge Johansson.

Formed in 1997, the band released their debut album, 'Against Me! Is Reinventing Axl Rose' in 2002, which was followed by 'Against Me! as the Eternal Cowboy' the next year and 'Searching For A Former Clarity' in 2005.

The band then signed to Sire Records and released 'New Wave' in 2007. Their next album, 'White Crosses', came out in 2010 and reached #34 on the Billboard Hot 200. The band returned in 2014 with 'Transgender Dysphoria Blues' and peaked at #23 in the chart.

Over the years, the group have toured huge shows across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and more. Against Me! have postponed their March and April 2020 North American tour dates due to the coronavirus pandemic, though the rest of their tour is still set to go ahead.
